September 24, 2024 Update

We have simplified the layout so everything is accessible from the home page. If you just have one table, no need to click through multiple screens! You can also switch to different Game Settings just by clicking on them.

We will continuously clean up the layout and features of other pages like Events, Reports, Notifications, Game Settings, etc over the following weeks.

Connect players on the Tracker to their profile by searching in the name field. You can also add players who joined the Waitlist via the RF Mobile app or via the Check-In Tablet just with a click. If a player joins with a specific seat and stack they are automatically assigned.

Events are game sessions that are visible to players and viewers on the RF Mobile app. We are also able to provide special insights on Events on the Reports page.

These are now automatically created every time you start a game. When you click Start New Session, an event is started and all player sessions and hands played are added to that event so viewers can follow along and players can be notified.

You can also create Events in advance to automatically load game settings, skins, and players on the waitlist. We will be rolling out the ability for your YouTube upcoming events to automatically generate Events in the RF Cloud platform in the coming weeks.

Every time you start a new session, a details dialog will popup. You can now enter specific game or event information, and choose the game setting at the start of a game. If you ever need to change these detials, you can go to Game Menu > Edit Game Details on the Tracker.

We have added a Graphics Library for all streams that we will continuously update. We have a few interesting overlays that you can play throughout the stream, with new ones being added every week.

Click on Select Overlay on the Tracker to preview them, and hit Go Live for viewers to see them. Please let us know if you have any requests for interesting graphics!

Players can now view overall table stats and compare themselves to the rest of their table. Session and All-Time Insights redesign coming soon …

Players can now check in via a tablet. They can input their phone number, seat number, and stack so the game data connects directly with their profile, their picture loads in, and your action trackers and dealers can start without needing to input each player manually!
